This workshop is delivered online, through a comprehensive training manual, tutorials, interactive workshops and self-mastery supported by Fluidform at Home. Program and teach pre and postnatal clients safely and effectively. Yes, the additional equipment pieces are the key to drive the intensity in your workouts. I’m the biggest flake when it comes to being committed to anything, I give up easily and find excuses to not following through.
